Seems like every mob has a set AI template for random movement.
Also I think old mobs tend to chase for quite a long range. Only the new mobs which I've observed are limited to short range chase.

which data exactly?
testing was like this:
- put char on spot, capture all moves of given mob ID, calculate distance of moves in time offsets, find min/max values (min/max time values might be wider, but its really close to the real state and far more correct than current :D)
- manually hit mob and run away until no more agro (mobs on starting location don't chase for ever like it's now), monitor how mob moves while chasing in time, check how far mob was when agro got interrupted, check where did it to go after agro interrupted

i used own tools for that, so there was no guessing involved + you need to check exactly these IDs while verifying data

Hi,
tonight i decided to watch how animals behave in their natural environment of talking island (National Geographic would be proud :D)
Data of movements was captured from 10h so all values presented below are nearly sure correct

generic idle movement logic for talking island mobs (IDs: 20093,20096,20094,20120,20091,20119)
1. each random delay of 10-200 sec
   -> move 90-200 distance in random direction
2. after move 1. is done, perform check:
   if distance from base spawn >= 300
      delay 1-4sec
      move to base spawn x,y,z (without random offsets)
   else dice with 25% chance to:
      delay 1-4sec
      move 10-30 distance

Other things to fix:
- (when mob chase someone) moveTo destination point should be in distance ~30 of currently chased character, also moveTo should be sent each 700-800ms (now it tries to move 0 distance to pawn, each 50ms or even less)
- mobs: (20093,20096,20094,20120,20091,20119) should interrupt chase after 450-550 dist away from base spawn -> then move to base x,y,z and restore hp to 100% instantly
- mobs: Stalker (22992) and Eyesaroch (23122) should not be agro   

   
- movement of mobs ID: 22991, 22992 (ya-sagira platform 1)
   each 5-60 sec
   should move 20/30/40 distance (static, yes i was also suprised :D)
- movement of mob ID: 22996 (platform 2/3)
   each 5-40 sec
   should move 30/45/60 distance (static)
- movement of mob ID: 22994 (platform 3)
   each 5-30 sec
   should move 50/75/100 distance (static)
- movement of mob ID: 22993 (platform 4/5)
   each 10-60 sec
   should move 60/90/120 distance (static)
- movement of mobs ID: 23122, 22995 (platform 4/5)
   each 10-70 sec
   should move 100/150/200 distance (static)
