    General Changes:
    - Added support for Subordination Abnormal Type. Effects with such type enabled, do stack when they have same AbnormalType, but only if they are cast by different effectors (Summoner marks, Poison skills, Bleed skills).
    - Added new enum SkillBuffType to distinguish different buff categories.
    - All effect queues for buffs, toggles, dances, triggers, debuffs have been removed and replaced with only single queue handling all of them. getEffects() method will no longer create a new list, instead, it will return unmodifiable view of the original.
    - Passive effects remain in a separate list. getPassives() method will now return unmodifiable view of the original.
    - Option effects remain in a separate list. getOptions() method will now return unmodifiable view of the original.
    - _stackedEffects map replaced with EnumSet of AbnormalType.
    - Abnormal Visual Effect handling moved from Creature to CharEffectList, it now uses EnumSet of AbnormalVisualEffect.
    - _blockedAbnormalTypes replaced with lazy initialize EnumSet of AbnormalType as well.
    - Fixed an issue where flagging for buffs removed on any action/damage was never unflagged causing unnecessary checks for removing such buffs, when there aren't any.
    - Added updateEffectList() method that recalculates all flags, stats and broadcasts icons. It is executed on every effect add/remove.
    - Removed stats recalculation on every new effect added from buff (now is handled by updateEffectList()). This should decrease the redundant recursions.
    - Stop effect methods are now allowing all kind of batch operations in order to minimize the calls of updateEffectList(). Keep in mind that each call of stopXXXXX method triggers updateEffectList() (some have boolean to disable this update), so you must use the methods that allow batch remove instead of calling stopXXXXX several times.
    - The handling for abnormal stacks, overbuff (too many buffs) replacing first effects, hiding and unhiding buffs (mentor buffs for example) and some other has been reworked.
    - Updating mentoring to Helios
    - Fixing a few glitches in buff to dispel and block for Iss skills
   
    Expectation:
    - Minimized recursion thus creating more optimized environment.
    - Lowered memory consumption (RAM).
    - Skipping redundant updates sent to client causing freezes. Updates sent only when needed.
    - Proper working of the new implementation. No concurrency problems.
   
    Reality:
    - CPU Usage tests required to determine if it really has lowered.
    - RAM Usage tests required to determine if it really has lowered.
    - Extended tests with bigger player base required to determine if the implementation has no problems supporting large load.
    - Exploiting the implementation as much as possible is required to determine if there are any possible exploits.
   
    What needs to be tested again:
    - Buff stacking.
    - Buffs taking their proper categories (Buffs take buff slots, Dances take dance slot, Debuffs take debuff slot, etc)
    - Buff limit.
    - Hiding/Unhiding buffs.
    - Cancelling buffs.
    - Adding buffs.
    - Buff bar showing proper order.
    - Stats recalculation is done when its needed. No missing stats recalculations.
    - Updates to client are properly sent. AbnormalVisualEffect occurs when its changed. Icons update when they are changed.
    - Any possible exploits.
    - Packet hacking to buff in short periods of time.

    Added new methods addExp/addSp in AbstractScript which should be used
    for quest rewards instead of addExpAndSp. Those methods use quest rates,
    and not item/buff bonuses (retail is unaffected by them). addExpAndSp
    method will no longer include quest rates and will simply act as adding
    exp/sp using item/buff bonuses. All quests should stop using addExpAndSp
    method since its no longer valid for retail-like stuff.

    Crafting system rework:
   
     * RecipeController and its connected class files have been removed or
    replaced.
     * RecipeList is now RecipeHolder, which includes basic methods for
    crafting an item.
     * Recipes now support multiple products that form a product group. Upon
    crafting, one item from the product group will be selected randomly as
    result. Masterwork item handling has been moved there (retail-like).
     * Removed old (mostly unused) configs. Their function can be simulated
    in different ways, so no need to keep them.
     * Crafting should now be more responsive (I still remember back in
    Gracia Epilogue where craft spamming resulted in the my whole server
    lagging, enabling the craft XP/SP config fixed the issue o.O). Its more
    straightforward as well: Press button -> check required stats and
    ingredients -> take required stats and ingredients -> reward if taking
    is successful.
     * Added support for item offering at recipes and packets. Any recipes
    that enable offering can now have their success rate increased based on
    the given offering of items.
     * Added support for crafting critical. Effect and skill implemented.
     * Fixed a bug where items from previous manufacture shop sessions were
    not kept (you had to put the recipes all over again after standing from
    the manufacture shop).
     * Fixed a bug where success/fail/no text was incorrectly displayed on
    craft windows.
     * Added several checks here and there around packets and crafting
    requests. Added double-check on manufacturing shop price, so client can
    only request craft on the price it sees and doesn't request a craft on a
    price that has been changed meanwhile.
   
    Whats left:
     * Rework XML so it can benefit better from the new system. Need to
    implement more retail-like entries.
     * Check remaining TODOs.
     * Test for remaining bugs or prove that things work correct and as
    intended.
   
    Random changes:
     * distFromMe method has been changed to accept WorldObject instead of
    Creature
     * Added getTotalWeight in ItemInstance that returns the calculated
    weight with overflow check.
     * refreshWeight method in Inventory will now properly check for
    overflows.
     * Fixed a bug caused by weight overflow resulting in no weight penalty
    when you are carrying waaaaay too much weight (thats why planets move
    away from Earth instead of crashing into it - they have so much weight
    that overflows to negative :D)

    they are as accurate up to the first decimal point.
     * Manual adding of items is perserved. If you'd like to add custom data

    always return false if given count is negative. You can no longer add
    items with negative values due to this change (not that you need to do

    Multisells updated:
       * Added support for maintaining item elementals, augment and SA.
       * All items from inventory will be properly displayed in exchange
    multisell.
       * Renamed isNewMultisell to isChanceMultisell for more explanatory
    variable name. Setting a multisell to such, will open the new multisell
    window where you can get one random item from all products.
       * An item in such chance multisell without set chance is used for
    displaying purposes.
       * Inventory slot and weight check is now properly done for all
    multisell types.
       * Special multisell items moved to SpecialItemType enum.
       * Removed unused config for blacksmiths taking recipes on craft (they
    can no longer craft).

    Welcome the new BASH service scripts.
   
    The usage is really simple. You copy-paste the *_service.sh scripts into
    /etc/init.d as the subdirectory name says, you allow it with your OS
    init manager. (For example: chkconfig service_name.sh on)
   
    Then you can simply use:
   
    sudo service login_service.sh start|stop|status
    sudo service game_service.sh start|stop|status
   
    Also when you reboot your server they will automatically start.

    Annotation config engine
   
    So, I have created the config engine I've promised.
   
    If you approve my pull request you will have the following features:
    1. Annotation based configs. (Content assist will show all information about the config you have to know. Very useful for debug purposes.)
    2. A better config architecture.
    3. You can anytime use the LoginConfigGenerator/GameConfigGenerator in order to re-generate config files from the annotations.
    4. The config files are loaded from the package loginserver.config & gameserver.config, which means the entire loading structure is package based, each package holds a dedicated config marker interface for that purpose, so no hardcoded strings. However only the classes using IConfigLoader interface will be loaded, however only the subjects of ConfigPropertiesLoader class will be target of config generation.
    5. Few unused configs were removed.
    6. The config engine supports arrays, lists, sets, patterns, paths, files, enums and the normal primitive types also.

    Removed predicate testing of the main target in affect scopes. In retail
    it appears that the main target is not tested against the affect
    scope/object rules and its always included as long as you are able to
    cast the skill. It makes no sense for you to be able to cast the skill
    on some main target, and not affect it. Targethandlers should naturally
    do the checks for main target, and if main target passes the
    targethandler, then there is no need for it to pass the affect
    scope/object as well. This is quite visible in cases such as Chain Heal
    where you are not affected by the skill unless you are the main target.
    It is also noticeable in Multiple Arrow skill which has more cast range
    than fan range, and main target is still hit even if fan range doesnt
    reach it.

    Implementing VotingReward API into as plugin (For Topzone)
   
    Build the plugin and copy the jar from build/lib to plugins directory.
    Restart server, get in game type //plugins and install it, then go to
    config you will see VotingReward.xml configure your API-key inside and
    then click start in plugins menu of your game client.

    Removed inappropreate flood protectors preventing players from
    crystallizing.
    Implemented new holder "ItemObjectHolder" that holds item's object ID
    and given count.
    RequestCrystallizeEstimate now registers the item for crystallization
    and RequestCrystallizeItem checks against the registered item. This way
    we ensure the player crystallizes only the item (and count) that the
    client sees.

    Premium Account - Training Camp (#96)
   
    Implementation of the training camp with config :
   
    - Enable / Disable training camp
    - Restrain it to premium account or not
    - Duration of the camp (which affect the amount of experience gained, configured in experience.xml)
    - Training camp minimum level to enter
    - Training camp maximum level to enter
   
    Due to the nature of the feature, it required premium account. It has been implemented as a simple boolean, and will be enriched in time.
   
    Changed the way account variables works. Now serialize object in database instead of storing text value. It will affect user which uses PC CafĂ© Point, all data will be deleted upon table migration.
   
    Note : The only missing stuff is the weapon replacement to a SLS no matter what you have equipped. Beside being dumb, I can't find an esthetic way to do it, so I didn't.
